VBS, Horse Camp, & MEA Camp Registration

 ***PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION CHANGES as of January, 2024.***

Due to high demand, please register your child for only one-Horse Camp and one-VBS, per child, to give as many families as possible the ability to attend our camps.

Due to the size of the waiting list and our inability to efficiently keep it up, we will be unable to keep a waiting list. Please check back to the Registration page and openings will be posted as soon as they open. We will try and update FB as best we can. 

For summer programs, there are 2 WAYS to register:

*Please make sure you register for the CORRECT DATES and AGE GROUP (for VBS, it is the grade they have just FINISHED) *

• If a camp is not listed, this means it is full. Please check back periodically to the Registration page and new openings will be posted, and there is no waiting list.
• Due to the nature of registration, limited planning and availability of families, we are unable to refund cancellations after June 1st.
• Waivers must be updated on an annual basis for insurance purposes. If you have not completed a new waiver for this CURRENT year, please do so and include with your registration.
• RAIN DAYS: Camp will still take place during rainy days. We will move activities into the barns.
• EXTREME HEAT: Camp days may be cancelled if the heat index gets above 110 degrees not only for the safety of our campers, but also for the safety of the horses. Decision will be made accordingly the evening before camp and parents notified. On safe but hot days, water activities will be implemented, and activities will occur in shady areas as well as in the barns with fans. Camp staff will ensure campers are drinking adequate amounts of water.

1.  REGISTER BY MAIL

• Registration by mail does NOT guarantee a spot, as it is first come, first served basis. To guarantee your spot, register online (3$ online fee) as registrations are secured upon the reception of payment. 
• Download registration form AND waiver at the bottom of this page, fill it out and mail them with your registration fee to:

2.  REGISTER ONLINE  

• Click on the spot below that is appropriate for your child's program, age, and date of program. 
• If you do not see the camp below, it is because it is full. Check back periodically for any openings that will be posted on the registration page.  
• Please write your child's name in parentheses after your name when you submit your payment. This helps us better track your child and prepare for their experience. 
• Download registration form AND waiver (found at the bottom of this page), complete paperwork, take a picture of all items (or scan) and email (or mail) to contact@2ndchanceyouthranch.com. Registration forms gives us pertinent information such as special needs, accommodations, allergies, etc. 

***For registration to be complete, your registration form and waiver must be received in order to secure their spot. There is a $3 registration fee when registering online. ***

• Camp Registration becomes non-refundable after June 1st.
